What No-Gi is

No-Gi is jiu-jitsu trained in a rash guard and shorts instead of the traditional kimono. Without collars and sleeves to grab, the game gets faster and relies on body grips, wrestling and submissions like guillotines and leg locks. It's also the format used in submission grappling events such as ADCC.

Classes for every level

  • No-Gi Fundamentals: where beginners start. Positions, escapes and the core submissions, step by step.
  • No-Gi Comprehensive: for students 13 and up who want harder rounds and deeper strategy.
  • Morning No-Gi: 6:30 AM Wednesday and Friday, done before work.
