Classes Thornhill members can fit in
- Before work: 6:30 AM Tuesday to Friday.
- Lunch: noon drill class every weekday.
- After school: kids classes Monday to Thursday, plus Saturday mornings.
- Evenings: Gi and No-Gi fundamentals six nights a week.
- Weekends: women's No-Gi and community open mat on Sunday.
