Who it's for

Any member who wants to test their skills on a mat with a referee. Some compete once to see what it's like; others plan a season. Either way, you prepare alongside teammates and coaches who have been there.

How the team prepares

  • Comprehensive classes with harder rounds and competition strategy.
  • Kids S&C on Saturdays for competitive kids: strength, conditioning and match situations.
  • Coaching from a world-level competitor. Professor Aviado holds 13 major titles and certifications to referee for ADCC, IBJJF, JJIF, SJJIF and OJA, so he knows the rules from both sides.
